Card on File Privacy Protection
We are asking all clients to keep a card on file.
All card information is encrypted and will only be used for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of appointments (see below).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up last minute!
Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or changing an appointment.
Clients cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment may be charged 25% of their scheduled services.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of their scheduled services.
Corrective Color or Major Changes
Corrective color and other color/highlight services used to achieve a major change in hair will be required to complete a waiver before any services are performed. The waiver states the following:
Corrective color can be a complex process and may require multiple steps or salon visits
Each corrective color appointment is different
More time and expertise may be required than a standard appointment
Color Correction services may incur a higher cost than a standard appointment
Each subsequent visit will be a separate color service with separate charges applied
Specific products/treatments may be recommended to use at home to help guarantee color correction results
By signing you are agreeing to not hold BlueBird Studio or your stylist responsible for unexpected or undesired results and waive your right to request a refund on these services.
